Quantity Surveyor - Procure 21 - 15.5m Health scheme
My client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor with a Main Contractor background. They have an excellent reputation for training and fast tracking candidates to Senior Quantity Surveyor level. The successful Quantity Surveyor will have experience in the commercial industry.
Location Middlesex
Salary Between 32,000 - 35,000 depending on Quantity Surveyor experience Car/Car allowance Pension Private healthcare
The Company & Role: My client is an established Building and Civil Engineering Contractor with a turnover in excess of 220m. They take pride in their reputation for achieving the highest standards in performance, quality, safety and staff development. They are a forward thinking & expanding business, and need new members of staff to accommodate this growth.
The Job: Based on site in Middlesex my client has recently started a 15.5m NHS scheme as part of Procure 21 (Government project for medical health centres). A quantity surveyor is needed to join the team on site and work closely with the senior quantity surveyor.
Requirements
• Ideally 3 plus years UK based Quantity Surveying experience • A proven commercial track record • Main contractor background
